DESCRIPTION:
\n 	This year is the tenth anniversary of the fir
 st lost boys and girls arrival in the Boston area.
  In those ten years\, we have provided more than 1
 .5 million dollars in the form of scholarships\, i
 nternships\, computers\, childcare and camp stipen
 ds\, and literacy programs for South Sudanese fami
 lies. We hope you will join us on April 28\, 2012 
 as we celebrate &ldquo\;10 Years Later\, the Story
  of the Lost Boys and Girls of Sudan.&rdquo\;
\n 	
 
\n 	Our celebration begins with a cocktail recept
 ion and silent auction. As you may know\, the Sout
 h Sudanese people are among the world&rsquo\;s gre
 at cattle keepers. Most of Boston&rsquo\;s Sudanes
 e refugees fled their homes as children\, but in t
 heir memories cattle hold a revered place. The the
 me of this auction is &ldquo\;COWS.&rdquo\;
\n

 n 	There are many ways in which you can support ou
 r event: become a sponsor\, buy an ad in our playb
 ill\, contribute to our auction and/or attend our 
 event on April 28 and help us celebrate! Our event
  will start at 6PM at Arlington Town Hall. Your co
 ntribution to our event will allow The Sudanese Ed
 ucation Fund to maintain current programs and fund
  new ones as the needs of this community evolve wi
 th each year they live in the U.S
