In 2006 The Sudanese Education Fund was given an anonymous generous grant to fund a scholarship program. This has enabled us to hire a part time person to research scholarships and to help South Sudanese Students in filling out scholarship forms. This program is only a few months old but already we have helped several Sudanese receive over $10,000 worth of scholarship funds. We plan to continue to look for funding for this program.

Our Technology Program has been very helpful with the Scholarship Program. Since more than 80 Sudanese now have computers, this has enabled us to communicate information to them through our web site. As we get information about scholarships we post them on our web site for Sudanese all over Boston to access.
