SEF TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

At the end of 2005 an anonymous donor awarded the Sudanese Education Fund a generous grant to implement a technology program. The focus of this program is defined by the following objectives:

Our Mission

The Technology Team of the Sudanese Education Fund serves the Sudanese people living in the greater Boston area. Our motto is “Community service — Technical advancement.” As a team dedicated to community service, we are committed to providing technical support in a timely manner to the Sudanese households and individuals who call for help. Our technical advancement focus has two targets: ourselves as a team and the Sudanese people we serve. We continually advance our own technical knowledge and skills, and we strive to pass on that knowledge in the form of technology deployment, tech­nical support, and training to the Sudanese community. As a customer ser­vice team, we are com­mitted to the concepts of continuous process im­provement to increase the effectiveness of our work.
